Ladder Drills

Why Fitness @ The Park?

It is a great way to get fit outdoors, meet new friends, spice up or jump start your workout routine and become healthier. Our participants will see improved muscle tone and strength, stronger cores, increased flexibility (which will help with injury prevention), improved endurance, stress
reduction, and an overall sense of well being. If weight loss is what you are seeking, we have partnered with a registered dietitian. For an additional fee, you can sign up for a nutritional consultation including body composition analysis and receive a customized meal plan. Remember, all levels are welcome at each session. We will modify the workouts to meet your level of fitness.

What To Expect?

Each class lasts one hour and involves a warm-up and stretching session. This is followed by a running activity (which can be a walking activity for those not ready to run). Next, we will take you through a circuit of exercises that include strengthening all body areas, balance, core strengthening, agility, etc. Classes are concluded with a static stretching session to maximize your flexibility.
